DMCA – Copyright Infringement Notice

vip.xnovix.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

Scope

This website has a single official address: vip.xnovix.com. We are not affiliated with any other website and cannot remove material hosted elsewhere. Please make sure the content you are reporting is actually published here.

How to submit a removal request

Send your notice to useruk5566@proton.me or use our contact form. To allow us to act without delay, please include:

  1. the exact URL of each item you are asking us to remove;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. your name and contact details (e-mail address at minimum);
  4. a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
  6. a physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Complete notices are reviewed and, where the claim appears valid, the material is removed within 24 hours. We keep a record of the notices we receive and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must identify the removed material and its previous location, include your contact details, a statement that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court.

Other removal requests

If your request does not concern copyright — for example non-consensual material, a request to remove content in which you appear, or a personal data request — write to useruk5566@proton.me with the URL and a short description. Such requests are handled as a priority.
